Saint-Bris is located in the Auxerre region, just 15 km from Chablis. The wine is made exclusively from the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety, making this appellation a unique exception in Burgundy.
It displays aromas of citrus fruits and lemon, sometimes complemented by a hint of fresh-cut grass. On the palate, it is well-balanced and well-structured. It is best enjoyed while young to preserve its freshness and vibrant character.
Serve at around 11°C with a Quiche Lorraine or a salmon quiche.
